Starring: Ashlyn Gere, Asia Carrera and Steven St. Croix each deliver fine performances.

Impressive. This production succeeded technically (sound, picture, etc. ) and artistically (script, acting, etc. )

Pretty highly overall. The opening scene with Tony Tedeschi and Asia Carrera is perhaps the most erotic. Personally, I find scenes at their most erotic when I can identify with the action. Tedeschi is believable and sympathetic as a sexually frustrated husband who is forced to seek a release by visiting the massage parlor. The moral conflict Asia struggles with ("do I blow this guy who so deserves it or do I maintain the objectiivity of a "professional"?) creates a situation which produces a nice sexual tension which the actors play well.

It's ironic because what separates the film from others (its darkness and moral questioning) is also what hinders it as an "erotic" film. The ending is well conceived the darkening of Ashlyn Gere's sexual exploration as an allegory for her darkening spirit.

It was a very solid production. Its top rate production values and good performances anchor the film, and I also admire its high-minded approach. Though a bit heavy-handed, director/writer Paul Thomas attempts conceptuality by exploring the darkening of Ashlyn Gere's sexual exploration as an allegory for her darkening spirit.

This was a very well made film. I'll give it a 9
